Job Description:

Technical Project Manager

Experience: 8+ years

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects from initiation through implementation and closure.

Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.

Coordinate with development, QA, infrastructure, architecture, business, and client teams.

Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups,reviews, and retrospectives.

Track project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.

Work closely with technical teams to understand APIs, integrations, applications, cloud/infrastructure, and system dependencies.

Ensure timely delivery within agreed scope, budget, quality, and timelines.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

Prepare project status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, and management updates.

Manage vendors and third-party technology partners where required.

Identify project risks and drive mitigation and resolution plans.

Ensure proper documentation, testing, deployment, handover, and project closure.

Mandatory Skills

8+ years of experience in IT Project Management / Technical Project Management.

Strong experience managing end-to-end technology projects.

Good understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, APIs, integrations, and software development processes.

Strong stakeholder and client management skills.

Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure Dev Ops, or similar tools.

Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Experience managing multiple teams, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.

Preferred

PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master certification.

Experience in banking, fintech, payments, or digital transformation projects.
