Responsibilities

Lead and manage on-site construction supervision for infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, drainage, public realm, etc.).

Ensure all construction activities comply with approved design drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project schedules.

Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site teams on a daily basis.

Review and approve method statements, work plans, and construction schedules.

Ensure proper allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment.

Quality Assurance and Control

Implement and enforce QA/QC procedures on site. Conduct inspections, review test results, and ensure corrective actions are taken when required. Ensure compliance with international standards and Saudi codes/regulations.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

Master’s degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus.

Experience

15+ years of experience in infrastructure construction and supervision projects.

Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure works (roads, utilities, urban development).

Experience working in Riyadh or GCC region is highly preferred.
