Construction manager - khasab, oman

As a construction manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects in Khasab Oman Your main goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per month Note This is a contract job without accommodation provided However free visa sponsorship and air ticket will be provided for successful candidates Responsibilities Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish Manage and coordinate contractors subcontractors and other project team members Monitor progress and ensure that projects are completed according to schedule Ensure compliance with building codes safety regulations and other legal requirements Work closely with architects engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project success Prepare and manage project budgets Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns they may have Requirements Bachelors degree in civil engineering or a related field Proven experience as a construction manager in a similar role Strong knowledge of construction processes materials and techniques Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines Familiarity with building codes safety regulations and legal requirements in Oman Good communication skills in English spoken and written Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Preferences While not required candidates who hold Omani nationality or are already located in Khasab will be given preference We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace
