Spa receptionist (saudi)

Position Summary

Our Spa Specialists play an important role in supporting a number of vital Spa functions. At our hotels these associates work to build an experience that is memorable and unique – with Spa services on the side. Spa Specialists take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their experience. They promote Spa services or retail, schedule reservations and confirm appointments, provide information about services, check guests in, and process payments, making transactions feel like part of the overall experience.

Success in this role requires creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional uniform, appearance, and communication style. Spa Specialists are on their feet, moving around (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods), managing reservation software, and performing physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance and up to 25 pounds with assistance. They also reach overhead and bend, twist, or stoop as required. Performing these duties well is critical for delivering exceptional service to guests and supporting the business.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or G. E. D. equivalent.
