Prepare fresh products daily, including juices and beverage decoration items. Maintain knowledge of specialty drinks and cocktails. Introduce and promote special beverages to customers when appropriate. Contribute to the creation of beverage menus. Ensure required beverage products are readily available for service. Stock Control Prepare requisitions for bar products according to operational requirements. Carry out daily stock control to identify requirements and prevent shortages.
