Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and differentiated instruction aligned with ABQs curriculum and educational philosophy Plan, prepare, and assess student work in accordance with school expectations Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leaders to enhance student learning Integrate digital tools and resources, including the ABQ 1 1 Chromebook Programme Participate in professional development and school enrichment activities Uphold and model the ABQ values of respect, integrity, and excellence Requirements Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject area A PGCE, QTS, or equivalent teaching qualification Minimum 4 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international or bilingual setting (Cambridge Curriculum preferred)Strong command of English (spoken and written)Competence in using technology as a teaching tool A passion for innovative teaching and student success Commitment to professional growth and lifelong learning Strong interpersonal and communication skills Professional Preferences Experience with Cambridge International and/or UK Curriculum Oman Mo E GED curriculum Previous teaching experience in the Middle East Additional certifications in education technology or inclusive education
