Construction manager - muscat, oman

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Muscat Oman. As a Construction Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time within budget and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and excellent leadership skills. Responsibilities Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish Develop project schedules and budgets Select and manage subcontractors and suppliers Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are being met Collaborate with architects engineers and other project stakeholders Communicate effectively with project team members and clients Requirements Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role Knowledge of construction management processes methods and best practices Familiarity with building codes regulations and permitting processes in Oman preferred Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Salary 1400$ per month negotiable based on experience Benefits Accommodation provided Opportunity for career growth Visa sponsorship We welcome applicants from Kenya who are fluent in English.
