Role Overview
The IT End User Services – Technical Services department is seeking an experienced SCCM Administrator to manage, support, and optimize large-scale SCCM environments. The role requires strong hands‑on experience with enterprise-level deployments and global user support.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) 2007, 2012, and Current Branch
Manage large SCCM environments supporting up to 200,000 clients and 20,000 servers
Install and configure CAS, Primary, and Secondary Sites
Manage collections, packages, programs, and advertisements
Troubleshoot distribution point issues related to package deployments
Troubleshoot client-side issues when software installations fail
Perform monthly patching for enterprise servers (20,000+ servers)
Execute SCCM migrations:
SCCM 2007 to SCCM 2012
SCCM 2012 to Current Branch
Manage System Center Endpoint Protection and Windows Defender
Perform OS migrations from Windows 7 / Windows 8.1 to Windows 10
Handle Incident, Request, and Change Management activities
Support and integrate SCCM with:
Active Directory
Exchange
VMware
Citrix
SCOM
Manage and support Microsoft Intune
Provide technical support to customers across global location
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands‑on experience in SCCM administration in large enterprise environments
Proven experience managing large-scale client and server infrastructures
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
Experience working in ITIL-based service management environments
Strong communication skills to interact with global stakeholders and end users
