Crysol is seeking an experienced Technical Manager - Network & Cyber Security to lead the delivery, governance, and operational excellence of enterprise security and networking solutions. This role requires a highly skilled leader who can combine deep technical expertise with strong people management capabilities to support complex customer environments and drive successful project outcomes.

As the Technical Manager - Network & Cyber Security, you will be responsible for leading technical teams, overseeing enterprise security architecture initiatives, and ensuring the successful implementation and support of mission-critical network security solutions. You will serve as a key technical authority and escalation point, working closely with customers, stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver secure, resilient, and high-performing infrastructure solutions. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience across leading security technologies, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record within a System Integration environment. This role offers the opportunity to influence strategic security initiatives, mentor technical professionals, and support enterprise digital transformation projects across diverse customer environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage networking and cybersecurity engineering teams across multiple projects and customer engagements.

Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise network security solutions.

Serve as the primary technical escalation point for critical incidents and complex security challenges.

Provide technical leadership for F5, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Arbor Networks deployments.

Develop and enforce best practices, standards, and operational procedures for network and cybersecurity operations.

Support solution architecture reviews, technology assessments, and security transformation initiatives.

Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and strategic roadmaps.

Ensure successful project delivery, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Manage technical risks, issue resolution, and service improvement initiatives. Mentor and develop technical teams to enhance expertise and delivery capabilities.

Conduct technical reviews and ensure compliance with security and operational standards.

Drive continuous improvement across infrastructure, security, and service delivery functions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

15-20 years of overall experience in IT, Network Security, and Cybersecurity domains.

Strong hands-on experience with F5 Local Traffic Manager (LTM) and Web Application Firewall (WAF).

Extensive experience with Palo Alto Networks security solutions.

Hands-on expertise with Fortinet security technologies and platforms.

Experience working with Arbor Networks security and DDo S protection solutions.

Deep understanding of enterprise networking and cybersecurity technologies.

Proven experience leading technical teams within a System Integration environment.

Strong technical troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-resolution capabilities.

Experience managing enterprise-scale security and network infrastructure projects.

Excellent people management, coaching, and leadership skills.

Strong stakeholder management and customer engagement experience.

Experience handling critical escalations and high-priority operational issues.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Industry certifications such as PCNSE, NSE, F5 Certified Professional, CISSP, or CISM.

Experience with SOC, SIEM, and security operations environments.

Knowledge of Zero Trust, SASE, and cloud security architectures.

Experience with enterprise DDo S mitigation and application security strategies.

Exposure to multi-vendor enterprise infrastructure and managed security services.
