Role & responsibilities
Supervise civil, structural, architectural, and finishing works.
Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, materials, and daily site activities.
Monitor progress, productivity, quality, and compliance with approved drawings.
Conduct inspections and maintain daily progress records.
Support timely completion in line with the project schedule.
Preferred candidate profile
Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5+ years experience in real estate construction projects.
Strong knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, and finishing works.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-track environment.
Immediate availability is preferred.
