Construction manager

We are a reputable construction company in Al Buraymi looking for a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team As a Construction Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion Your role will involve managing budgets schedules and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering or related field and at least 5 years of experience in construction management This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month Key Responsibilities Plan organize and oversee construction projects from start to finish Develop project schedules and budgets and monitor progress Communicate with clients contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met Manage resources including materials equipment and labor Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans Prepare progress reports for senior management Requirements Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management Strong knowledge of construction processes techniques and materials Excellent project management skills including budgeting and scheduling Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively Excellent communication skills in English Arabic is a plus Valid drivers license We offer Competitive salary of 1600$ per month Opportunity to work on exciting projects with a reputable company Professional development opportunities Supportive work environment This is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity in the workplace Indian nationals and women are encouraged to apply This is a full-time position with no accommodation provided Thank you for your interest in this role
