Oilfield business development manager

Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead business development and sales activities for our Oilfield Trading Division in Oman. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Oman oil & gas market, oilfield equipment, and an established network with key industry clients. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Oman oil & gas market, oilfield equipment, and an established network with key industry clients. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets. Identify new business opportunities with oil & gas operators, EPC contractors, and service companies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers. Manage tenders, quotations, contract negotiations, and key accounts. Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer support. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Prepare sales reports and support junior sales team members. Ensure compliance with company policies and HSE standards. Qualifications, Experience & Skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). Several years of experience in oilfield equipment sales/trading, including experience in the Oman market. Strong network within Oman s oil & gas industry. Good technical knowledge of oilfield equipment and supply chain processes. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Fluency in English and Hindi (Arabic is an advantage). Valid Oman driving license is mandatory.
