Loadout engineer

Develop comprehensive loadout plans, methodologies, and execution procedures for offshore modules, skids, jackets, and heavy structures.

Review loadout drawings, transport analyses, sea-fastening arrangements, and structural integrity requirements.

Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Marine, and QA/QC teams to ensure readiness for loadout operations.

Verify load distribution, bearing pressure calculations, stability calculations, and transportation analysis.

Loadout Planning & Engineering

Develop comprehensive loadout plans, methodologies, and execution procedures for offshore modules, skids, jackets, and heavy structures.

Review loadout drawings, transport analyses, sea-fastening arrangements, and structural integrity requirements.

Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Marine, and QA/QC teams to ensure readiness for loadout operations.

Verify load distribution, bearing pressure calculations, stability calculations, and transportation analysis.

Execution & Coordination

Supervise module loadout operations using SPMTs, skidding systems, trailers, and load transfer systems.

Coordinate with marine contractors, vessel representatives, surveyors, and clients during loadout activities.

Monitor critical lifting, ballasting, de-ballasting, and vessel positioning activities.

Ensure all loadout activities are executed as per approved method statements and risk assessments.

Conduct pre-loadout inspections and readiness reviews.

HSE & Compliance

Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, project specifications, and international marine transportation standards.

Participate in HAZID, HAZOP, SIMOPS, JSA, toolbox talks, and risk assessments related to loadout activities.

Monitor implementation of safety controls during transportation and load transfer operations.

Investigate and report loadout-related incidents, near misses, and non-conformities.

Technical Coordination

Liaise with structural, transportation, marine warranty surveyors, and client representatives.

Monitor structural behavior during loadout and transportation operations.

Coordinate sea-fastening fabrication and installation activities.

Ensure all loadout equipment certificates, inspection records, and test reports are valid and available.

Documentation & Reporting

Prepare loadout schedules, progress reports, lessons learned, and completion dossiers.

Develop and maintain loadout checklists, inspection records, and operational documentation.

Support project teams during client audits and compliance reviews.
