Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Advise on trademark, copyright, brand protection, and IP portfolio matters.

Support trademark filings, renewals, oppositions, and enforcement actions.

Draft and review IP‑related agreements, correspondence, and legal advice.

Conduct legal research on IP laws and regulatory developments in Oman.

Liaise with clients, agents, authorities, and internal teams.

Requirements

Legal qualification with experience or strong interest in intellectual property law.

Experience with trademarks, brand protection, or IP enforcement preferred.

Strong drafting, research, and organisational skills.

Ability to work with local and international clients.

Arabic and English capability would be advantageous.
