Architect Sales Engineer – Sanitaryware Division
Responsibilities
Develop and grow sales of sanitaryware products by building relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and project owners.
Promote and specify company sanitaryware solutions in residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
Identify new projects and business opportunities in the market.
Prepare product presentations, technical submittals, quotations, and proposals.
Provide design and product recommendations based on project requirements.
Conduct site visits, project follow-ups, and client meetings.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the sanitaryware business.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sanitaryware, building materials, or construction-related sales.
Strong knowledge of sanitaryware products, bathroom solutions, and project specifications.
Proficiency in architectural software such as Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and related design tools.
Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and BOQs.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong network with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers is an advantage.
Self‑motivated with a strong sales and business development mindset.
