As a Beauty Advisor at KIKO Milano Oman, you’ll create memorable customer experiences, share your beauty expertise, and help customers discover products that make them feel their best. You’ll bring energy, creativity, and a passion for beauty to every interaction while contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and create a warm, positive shopping experience.

Understand their needs and recommend the right products for their beauty routine.

Share your knowledge of makeup, skincare, and KIKO Milano products.

Demonstrate products and help customers discover new looks and techniques.

Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs.

Introduce customers to new launches, collections, and promotions.

Build strong relationships with customers and encourage loyalty.

Keep up with the latest beauty trends and product knowledge.

Maintain high standards across the sales floor, displays, and testers.

Work closely with the team to deliver an excellent store experience.

What We're Looking For

Omani nationality is required.

Fluent Arabic and English are required.

Passion for beauty, makeup, and skincare.

Previous experience in beauty or retail is preferred.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Confident, positive, and sales-driven personality.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Good product knowledge and a genuine interest in beauty trends.

Strong team player with a professional appearance.

Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
