Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, based in Muscat with some work‑from‑home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will drive business growth by identifying and developing relationships with new clients in Oman. Core responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, developing tailored proposals, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business goals. The role also involves analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities, and representing Allgorithm.ai at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications

Strong skills in business development, sales, and relationship management

Experience in market analysis, identifying opportunities, and negotiation

Proficient in communication, presentation, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Knowledge of AI technologies, digital transformation strategies, and technology consulting is a plus

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment, including remote collaboration and on‑site client meetings

Experience in the GCC market and a strong understanding of the local business landscape
