Sr.engineer

We are looking for a result-driven Civil Engineer with 7–10 years of experience in EPC execution of Substation (AIS/GIS) and Overhead Transmission Line (OHL) projects. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for civil works execution, contractor management, cost control, and coordination with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to deliver projects within schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Lead execution of civil works for EHV substations (AIS/GIS) and OHL projects under EPC contracts.

Manage complete lifecycle: site mobilization → execution → testing → handover.

Ensure alignment with EPC schedule, deliverables, and client milestones.

Manage multiple subcontractors for civil works:

Equipment foundations (Transformer, GIS/AIS structures)

Control room buildings

Switchyard structures, gantries

Tower foundations (pile/open foundations)

Roads, drainage, fencing

Monitor contractor productivity, quality, and compliance.

Approve work methodologies, resource deployment, and progress.
