Restaurant Manager vacancy in Khasab Oman Temporary Restaurant Manager. Profession: Restaurant Manager. City: Khasab, Oman. We are currently seeking a Temporary Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Khasab, Oman. This is a temporary position with a salary of 1000$ per month. Responsibilities Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, kitchen operations, and customer service Create schedules and assign tasks to staff members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant Train new employees on company policies and procedures Ensure that all food and beverages served meet quality standards Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner Maintain a clean and organized environment in the restaurant at all times Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times Requirements Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role is preferred but not required Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Must be able to obtain necessary work permits for employment in Oman Benefitsfree visa processing and round-trip ticket provided.
