Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Information Technology Infrastructure Engineer, based in Muscat, Oman. The responsibilities include maintaining and troubleshooting IT infrastructure systems, managing network administration, ensuring robust network security, and providing technical support to ensure seamless IT operations. The role demands a proactive approach to resolving system issues, implementing improvements, and supporting the organization’s critical IT capabilities.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Information Technology systems management

Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security practices

Practical experience with Technical Support across various IT systems

Ability to work on‑site in Muscat and collaborate effectively with local teams

Knowledge of IT infrastructure in Data Centers, Networking, and Data Security

Familiarity with technology solutions from partners such as Dell Technologies, VMware, and Acronis is an advantage

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, Comp TIA, MCSE) are considered a plus
