Position Title: Containerization Platform Specialist

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in containerization, orchestration, and Dev Ops practices

Monthly Salary Package: 18,000 – 25,000 SAR

Qualifications & Skills:

Hands‑on experience with containerization platforms: Docker, Kubernetes, or similar orchestration tools

Strong understanding of containerized application architecture and deployment best practices

Experience in monitoring container performance, resource utilization, and troubleshooting

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment of containerized applications

Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Bash, Python, Ansible) for managing containerized environments

Experience implementing security best practices for containers, including image security, network security, and access control

Familiarity with logging, monitoring tools, and metrics collection for containerized applications

Ability to conduct security assessments and vulnerability remediation for container environments

Strong documentation and knowledge‑sharing skills

Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with developers, operations, and IT teams

Understanding of enterprise IT operations and containerized workloads

Responsibilities:

Assist in deploying and configuring containerization platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, or similar tools

Ensure containerized applications are deployed securely and optimally for performance

Provide technical support to developers, users, and operations teams on container technologies

Troubleshoot issues related to containerized applications, networking, storage, and orchestration

Monitor container environments to identify bottlenecks and optimize resource usage

Implement monitoring tools for container health, performance, and logging

Apply security best practices and conduct security audits in containerized environments

Develop automation scripts and tools to manage, deploy, and scale containerized applications

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for containerized applications

Create and maintain documentation, guides, and knowledge base articles on containerization best practices

Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure smooth operations and adoption of containerization standards
