Job Description

Key Responsibilities Assist with corporate and commercial legal research. Support company incorporation, licensing, and corporate governance matters. Help draft and review basic legal documents, agreements, and client correspondence. Assist with due diligence, document management, and transaction support. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and relevant authorities where required. Requirements Law degree or equivalent legal qualification. Strong interest in corporate and commercial law. Excellent research, drafting, and organisational skills. Ability to work in both Arabic and English would be an advantage. Professional, proactive, and eager to learn.
