OUR OPPORTUNITY

The Technical Project Manager managesthe full transformation program across current-state assessment, target-statedesign, migration, validation, deployment, decommissioning, and costoptimization.

YOU WILL

Manage the integratedproject plan across architecture, BI, ETL, data modeling, governance, platform,and business workstreams.

Coordinate current-stateassessment and target-state implementation activities.

Track migration waves,dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions.

Coordinate stakeholdersacross business, IT, vendors, architecture, security, infrastructure, andoperations.

Manage coexistence risksbetween existing and target platforms.

Track report migration, ETLmigration, data reconciliation, UAT, deployment, and sign-off.

Track licensingoptimization and decommissioning milestones.

Maintain RAID logs, statusreports, steering committee updates, and delivery governance.

Ensure legacy componentsare not left running unnecessarily after target-state migration.

Support change management,communication, and business readiness.

Requirements

Strong experience managing technical data, BI, DWH, orplatform transformation programs.

Understanding of data architecture, ETL, BI, governance, MDM, and cloud modernization concepts.

Strong planning, dependency management, risk management, andstakeholder management skills.

Experience with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery models.

Experience with JIRA, MS Project, Azure Dev Ops, Confluence,or similar tools.

Ability to communicate effectively with executives andtechnical teams.
