Delivery manager

Position - Building Delivery Manager

Location - Oman , Muscat

Start Date - September 2026

Duration - 12 months renewable contract

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned buildings and facilities.

Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning interfaces.

Monitor contractor performance, progress and schedule adherence.

Lead multidisciplinary coordination meetings and follow up action items.

Track engineering deliverables, approvals and construction readiness.

Monitor procurement status and material availability.

Ensure compliance with HSE and QA/QC requirements.

Drive punch list closure and commissioning readiness activities.

Escalate risks, delays and recovery plans to project management.

Support mechanical completion and handover activities.

Required Experience :

Significant experience in building, infrastructure or industrial facility delivery.

Previous EPC project experience.

Oil & Gas, LNG, Petrochemical or Heavy Industrial project background highly preferred.

Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.

Experience overseeing contractor and subcontractor performance.

Knowledge of HSE, QA/QC and project controls.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
