In this specialized business intelligence and data visualization role, you will spearhead designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing advanced Power BI dashboards, tabular models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations. Detailed Job Description: As a Power BI Developer - Reporting & Visualization Specialist at Talent Arabia in Oman, you will take full ownership of end-to-end business intelligence reporting, data modeling, performance tuning, and report server administration. Your day-to-day responsibilities encompass developing complex Power BI dashboards and paginated reports via SSRS, writing advanced T-SQL queries and stored procedures against SQL Server, configuring row-level security (RLS), and scheduling data refreshes. You will collaborate with financial data teams to ensure rigorous data accuracy, optimize report rendering performance, and implement enterprise dashboard design best practices. Working in a fast-paced technology consulting environment, you will drive data-driven decision-making and financial analytics excellence. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards, data visualizations, and enterprise reporting solutions. Administer and configure on-premise Power BI Report Server environments and SSRS paginated reports. Write advanced DAX calculations, measures, calculated columns, and complex Power Query data transformation scripts. Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, T-SQL queries, views, and stored procedures for financial data ingestion. Construct robust relational and dimensional data models optimized for enterprise reporting performance and data integrity.
