Muscat, Sultanate of Oman | Posted on 07/02/2026 Work Experience 7-8 yrs experience in A/C design work of large central systems, or related activities Job Opening Status Open Industry Manufacturing Degree Bachelor's Job Role A/CCity Muscat Country Sultanate of Oman Job Description To provide construction design, technical expertise/analysis and/or resolution of engineering problems within specific electrical discipline, in order to develop state of the art district cooling services that meet client requirements and ensures proper return on investment to the shareholders Reviews, analyses, and resolves design and field construction problems, discrepancies and inferences within the area of discipline with supervision, client, and other contractors as required Provides review of design documents for constructability Performs and prepares other engineering functions such as calculations, drawings, specifications, bill of materials, assists in site supervision, commissioning, etc Oversees and provide work direction to Draftsman Assists in issuing bids to suppliers and subcontractors and provides assistance in bid analysis (technical) as required Provides engineering expertise/supervision on site, as required Assists with commissioning and in monitoring actual operational data, as required Prepares connected electric load scheduler Prepares substation designs (11 KV to 415 V)Requirements Minimum Qualifications: University degree in Electrical engineering. Masters Degree7-8 yrs experience in A/C design work of large central systems, or related activities Job-Specific Skills: Knowledge in application of specific engineering soft wares related to Electrical Engineering discipline Current IT literacy including carrier hourly analysis programme (HAP) Primavera and MS project Knowledge of DOE 2.1 E & Auto CAD 2000 Knowledge of international engineering codes and local authority requirements
