Restaurant manager - khasab, oman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Khasab Oman. As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant including staff, inventory, finances and customer service Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times Train and develop staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain high-quality standards Create work schedules for employees and manage their performance Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary Handle customer complaints in a professional manner and resolve any issues promptly Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items or make changes to existing ones Maintain a positive working relationship with suppliers Requirements Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic language skills would be an advantage Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays Benefits Competitive salary of 1100$ per month Contract job with opportunities for growth within the company Free visa sponsorship Complimentary flight ticket upon completion of contract Accommodation provided by the company If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a proven track record in restaurant management we would love to hear from you.
